Another Scrapbook Page and A Ramble

I am not in the mood to do much of anything today. It's a rainy, dreary day. Snow is supposedly on the way. Tomorrow is my uncle's funeral. School work was like pulling teeth this morning. (Keeping it real, here.) The Baby and Fen have fought nap time as if their lives depended on it. (Unfortunately for them, my peace of mind depends on them taking a nap, preferably a long one.)

I really want to get out my "real" scrapbook stuff and have a grand old scrapbooking time that includes my new Cricut cartridges I got for Christmas. (Philip gave me this one) But, since today is not really a great day for making a big mess, I made this digital page instead. My favorite things (other than the cute pictures of my daughters, of course) are those little flowers.

Those of you who are sharp of eye may notice that the "ribbon" is once again not going all the way to the edge, something I would never stand for in my "real" scrapbooking but it keeps happening with these digital pages. Whatever.

Anyway, school work is now finished. Supper is in the crock-pot. The girls have turned the living room into dollhouse town. I've just finished a scrapbook page in something like five minutes. I don't think I have to go anywhere today.

The day is looking up.
