30 for 30 - Candy!

I have a sweet tooth. That may be putting it mildly, if I'm being honest. And hey, this 30 for 30 series is all about honesty. Mostly.

So, instead of sweet tooth, think sweet teeth. That's probably closer to the truth. And, just in case you were wondering, no, I do not have any cavities, caps, or whatever. But that's not due to any avoidance of candy. Quite the contrary.
Snocaps On The Go Concession, 3.1-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 18)1. Snowcaps. I love these. It's actually a blessing my local Kroger doesn't carry them. That way Philip can surprise me with a box every once in awhile.
Almond Joy Candy Bar, 1.61-Ounce Bars (Pack of 36)2. Almond Joy. This is what I "confiscate" out of the girls' Halloween candy. None of them are crazy about this candy bar, but that just means more for me.
Reeses Pieces Peanut Butter Candy 2.75lbs. - 11030-33. Reece's Pieces. They're good alone but they're particularly good in ice cream.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, 1.5-Ounce Packages (Pack of 36)4. Reece's Cups. Also amazingly good with ice cream. (Go figure.)
Raisinets Milk Chocolate, 1.58-Ounce Packages (Pack of 36)5. Raisinets. I suspect the girls would love these since they're all fond of raisins. I haven't shared any yet. (Bad mom!)
Snickers Candy Bar, 2.07-Ounce Bars (Pack of 48)6. Snickers Bar. I remember my parents eating these when I was a kid. I didn't like Snickers back then because I thought they were "too chewy". Poor misguided child.
Whatchamacallit Candy Bar, 1.6-Ounce Bars (Pack of 36)7. Whatchamacallit. I sense the marketing department just did not know what to name this candy bar. It's delicious but it has an unfortunate name, to say the least. Anyone else remember the commercial from the 80's?

Cadbury Fruit & Nut, 1.73 oz. Bars (Pack of 12)8. Cadbury Fruit & Nut Bar. One of my favorite things about England: Cadbury's available everywhere.
M&M's Milk Chocolate Candy, 1.69-Ounce Packages (Pack of 48)9. M&M's. Plain or peanut. Plain is my favorite. Despite my intense love of Reece's, I'm not crazy about Peanut Butter M&Ms. At times the ways of the sweet tooth are unfathomable.
Cadbury Creme Eggs, box of 4810. Cadbury's Creme Eggs. Another classic commercial:

Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares, Milk Chocolate with Caramel Filling, 5.32-Ounce Packages (Pack of 6)11. Ghirardelli Chocolate Caramel Squares. So, so good.
Cookies 'n' Creme Candy Bar, 1.55-Ounce Bars (Pack of 36)12. Hershey's Cookie and Cream.I know some people aren't fond of it, but I love white chocolate, even if it isn't "really" chocolate.
Butterfinger Single, Candy Bars (Pack of 36)13. Butterfinger. I'll spare us all the Bart Simpson commercials. This one took awhile to grow on me but now I enjoy them on occasion.
Caramello Candy Bars, 1.6-Ounce Bars (Pack of 36)14. Caramello. Another chocolate-caramel combination, how can you go wrong?
Hostess Cup Cakes, 14 oz15. Hostess Cupcakes. OK, not strictly speaking candy, but you can buy them at gas stations convenience stores, so I'm counting them. I know they have like 50 million calories, fat grams, etc. but sometimes {deep dark secret alert} I just.don't.care.
Lyndon Reede Peppermint Bark Holiday Candy 1 Pound Tin16. Peppermint Bark. Plus, if you buy the right brand, it comes in this adorable tin. I love adorable packaging. More of a Christmas treat.
Terry's Milk Chocolate Orange Ball, 6.17-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)17. Chocolate Orange. Philip and I make sure we get at least one of these in our stockings for each other each Christmas. Definitely a Christmas only treat. I don't think I could even think about eating one in, say, July.{But I'd try}
Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans (1 Pound Bag)18. Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans. I don't eat them often now (nursing baby, hello) but, given the right circumstances, I really enjoy these.
Milky Way Candy Bar, 2.05-Ounce Bars (Pack of 36)19. Milky Way. Let's face it, not as good as Snickers, but it'll do in a pinch.
LifeSavers Gummies, Wild Berries, 7-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)20. Lifesavers Gummies. I've seen some pretty ugly candy fights in my house over these. Philip is especially partial to them.
Gummy Candy Gummi Worms, 1 Lb21. Gummy Worms. Or Gummy Bears, if that's all that's available. I thought about posting the theme song to the classic cartoon, Gummi Bears but that would just be mean since it would then be stuck in all of our heads for the next 37 hours. ("Gummmmmmyyy BEEAARRSS! Bouncing here and there... We are the Gummy Bears!")
Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat, 3.52-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12)22. Toblerone. Philip gave me one of these in my Christmas stocking right after we were married and I was hooked. Plus: adorable triangle packaging and triangle shaped pieces. As we've already established, I'm a sucker for a candy gimmick.
Rolo Chewy Caramels in Milk Chocolate, 1.7-Ounce Packets (Pack of 36)23. Rolos. I was fond of these as a kid at church camp because I could make them last for two days, thereby saving my money. (Other camp snack bar bargain choices: pretzel sticks and twizzlers). My parents let me keep whatever money was left over from the $10 they sent me. I don't think I ever went home with less than $5.
3 Musketeers Candy Bar, 2.13-Ounce Bars (Pack of 36)24. 3 Musketeers. The girls really like these so I rarely get one.
Nestle's 100 Grand Bar 36 count25. 100 Grand. The candy bar I'm likely to forget but I always enjoy when I have one. (Did you follow that?)
Candy Runts, BUY BULK, Wholesale Prices, 5 lb. bag26. Runts. As a kid, these were one of my favorite things to buy from the little candy machines at the grocery store or pizza place.
Wonka Everlasting Gobstopper Candy, 6-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)27. Gobstoppers. The changing colors thing never loses interest. Particularly fun with Sweet Pea, who has not yet learned to "show" her gobstopper without letting it drop from her mouth.
Charlotte's Confections Rocky Road, 12-Ounce Gift Tin28. Rocky Road. Another candy available in a delightful tin around Christmas time.
Dove Dark Chocolate Promises, 9.5-Ounce Packages (Pack of 4)29. Any dark chocolate. I've never tried one I didn't like. I put a picture of the Dove brand, but really any type will do. And yes, I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate any day of the week. Plus, I eat less of it than I would otherwise.
Fudge Chocolate, 1 Lb. Gift Box, on Sale30. Homemade fudge - especially Mamaw's. You can buy fudge other places, or I could make it myself, but I'd rather eat Mamaw's fudge. She always makes some just for me and brings it to me around Christmas time. She makes regular, blonde and peanut butter and they are all fantastic.

There, now you know what to get me for my birthday. I didn't plan on gaining 30 pounds for my birthday, but it hasn't seemed to be a huge problem so far...

What's your favorite?
