From The Commonplace Book

Let thy speech be better than silence, or be silent. - Dionysius the Elder.
Ouch. What a convicting thing for a blogger / writer / talker (me) to meditate on!

Throw in this verse:
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14
And you've got yourself a full sermon. In case you were wondering: yes, in my commonplace book both of these things are written on the same page. Think I need this reminder much? Only every day.

Thanks, Karen! I needed this one! I think this shall be my first entry in my commonplace book!
